Dear Ignite Member, 

The LEAD committee would like to introduce Ignite’s Energize program. This program provides the opportunity for local businesses to partner with Ignite’s diverse and talented group of young professionals. The program is modeled after NBC’s “Apprentice” and is designed to diversify our members’ business experience while Energizing local businesses.

With a growing number of young professionals joining Ignite and looking to become involved, we are confident that the partnership between local businesses and our members will be an enjoyable, rewarding and exciting relationship for all involved.

Once we have chosen a business to participate, we will assemble a team of interested participants to work on the submitted issue or opportunity. If you are interested in getting involved please take the following short survey to help the LEAD committee determine the range of skills that Ignite has within its membership. SURVEY (Skills Assessment)

Once a team has been identified, the chosen company will present its unique problem, question or issue to the team of Ignite young professionals. The team will handle the project from that point on and will create a suggested timeline. Project timelines will vary and are based on the unique project requirements and the availability of team members.
